I was a little nervous as I didn't receive any status update on my order and had read some negative reviews online. I understand warehouse and shipping delays, but it would be great to receive notice that the shipment is still pending or an estimated delivery time. I didn't hear anything a few weeks after the order was placed. That's why I reached out customer service. They responded promptly. And eventually I got my item!
