The product site did not describe the warranty or shipping timeline, and then when I checked out I also wasn't given a shipping timeline. So based on this I have only given 3 stars.

Very happy with my couch. I do wish Homethreads was more transparent about the delivery time (almost 2 months). I didn't know this until after I purchased the item and logged in to the site to figure out where it was. It would be helpful if the availability of the items was clear up front. Also, I ended up having to call to find out about the delivery after the shipping date listed elapsed. Homethreads was good about getting back to me quickly at that point.

By far the best looking inexpensive faux leather couch out there. Took an incredibly long time to come, but is a great buy. Color is a nice caramel. All in all pretty comfy. The bench seat is firm, but the back cushions are plush and comfortable, and look like real leather. long enough to stretch out on (I'm 5'9), and dog proof!

During these unprecedented times, there are many delays beyond our control. Our warehouses are intentionally understaffed while operating under safe conditions. FedEx, UPS and Private Couriers are all experiencing delays. Receiving inventory from North America and other countries is unpredictable at best. We feel fortunate that we have been able to support our customers under these circumstances. We find, however, that showing dates that may or may not be accurate only leads to more confusion.
