There is no information about the items expected delivery date or any shipping options to choose from. The chair I just ordered may be here in 3 days or 2 months. When you're selling the same products as a hundred other online stores, shipping information matters. I only purchased from this store vs another in the hopes that you will beat the 2-4 weeks shipping expectations of their stores.

Shippe fast and showed up on time but the cane is broken and unwrapping. Sent a warranty claim in but have not heard back yet.

The chair looks great but showed up with the cane broken on the underside of the left arm. It is unwrapping so I have temporally "fixed "it with duct tape. I have not hung the chair yet as I am waiting for the warranty department to get back to me. I sent a description of the problem with photos on Monday the 2nd of Aug. the same day we received it.

When I purchased this item, it was on back order. There was no communication anywhere to let me know this. I only found out when I checked my order status, and it said that it was back ordered and would be a several weeks. I would have preferred to know that when actually placing my order. On the bright side, I did receive my order earlier than the ETA.
