Easy ordering for an item that was discontinued at World Market. I was happy to find it on Homethreads. There could have been more communication about shipping updates, but the umbrella arrived a few weeks after ordering and was the exact same as the others.

After a few attempts trying to contact Homethreads regarding a ship date, I got a response and they stepped up to keep me in the loop. One thing to note - the item did not indicate it was Out of Stock when I placed order online so that caught me off guard. I had to wait a bit for shipment but everything turned out OK. Thanks!

I have never heard of HomeThreads and I came across the item I really wanted.
The website didn't want to load the item I tried to purchase in the cart after several tries. Ultimately it worked, so I hope that was the only glitch!
