I ordered from this site over others because they claimed you could upgrade to white glove service after the item was shipped. It shipped and then I asked how to do so and was told it was available because it was shipped via fedex. I can't set it up myself so I just have two giant boxes sitting in my bedroom now.

I was expecting to upgrade to the white glove service because I can't put it together myself. But was told (after it was shipped and after waiting a month) that it was shipped with FedEx and that's not available. So now I just have two giant boxes sitting in my bedroom. Maybe it's a good piece of furniture but I don't know if I'll ever be able to use it now.

Shipping took more than an month, received table which has different shade compared to Pictures on website. When contacted, been told to contact manufacturer and manufacturer asked to contact home threads. Finally home threads denied to provide any assistance. Overall not satisfied and will not suggest any business with home threads.

We ordered because it said our item was in stock. That was a lie. We received our product over 2 months later. Items were not labeled according to the directions, some of the boards/panels weren't labeled at all, there weren't enough screws for some items, the particle board is flimsy and one of the shelves came with the veneer torn.

The price point was unbeatable, and I'm very happy with the product I received. The problem I had was with the lack of communication from the Homethreads team. Shipping dates would pass with no updates. I would call and they would say "oh sorry, it's now scheduled to ship next week. " Weeks would then go by with no communication, I would call back and have the same story. I was thrilled when months later I finally received a shipping confirmation and the rug showed up a few days later. I was beginning to think the company was a scam and they were just trying to play it out long enough so I couldn't cancel the credit card transaction.

Didn't receive full shipment of product at first (required 3 boxes, only received 2), and the received product was damaged and unfinished. Had to wait an extra 2 weeks to assemble product after already opening. Awful experience to put life on hold for a necessary piece of furniture because of negligence and bad QA

I'm rating the product a 2 because the cushions for the two chairs although both navy blue were not the same. One had a rubber non-slip backing, the other did not. One has piping around the back cushion the other does not so they don't match. The color is the same and it took over two weeks longer than was supposed to get here and came in 4 different deliveries

This item arrived one month early which ordinarily would be fine but I'm moving so now it's in the way. It also came very damaged. There's a giant hole in the back and the backing is detached because the staples weren't strong enough. For this much money, I expect better quality.

The product shipped out quickly but the freight company held it for over a month! I was promised a 30 minute call before delivery and got none, so the company damaged our driveway because we weren't able to give instructions. There were no delivery papers to sign. The guy just took a picture of the boxes in my husband's truck. The delivery guys were unprofessional and damaged someone else's glass top stove inside their truck because they stepped on it to dig out my sofa from the back of the truck.
The sofa is in good shape, although I don't know how that's possible.
I will not order from your this company again if this is the delivery system they plan to use.

Shipping took over a month

My order was delayed for more than 40 days. When I called (tree times) regarding my order I was dismissed by the customer representative as this delay was normal. I was made to feel that I was bothering them. One day before I received my tracking number I had decided to call my bank and dispute the charge. On delivery the (heavy) packages were left at my front door unorganized (blocking the way) and I could see the dragging marks on the driveway asphalt. I am going to assume the movers were probably upset moving heavy packages. No one rang the bell, I know this because I was home.

I have contacted homethreads about the piece I ordered that had a defect
I paid 375.00 for it. I have yet to heard back from them about my issue. Poor customer service.

The product is fantastic and the instructions could not be more clear. However, shipping and delivery is another story... I placed an order on August 27 and did not receive the product until October 13. While i understand the covid impact on manufacturing and shipping I was initially told it would be shipped 3 weeks earlier. After asking for updates on three separate occasions I was told, every time, it should be out by the weekend and expect a tracking number by Saturday. It wasn't until I said I was going to cancel my order that I actually got an order ready update and a tracking number. Tony, who handled my requests was very professional and courteous but as a company setting the right expectations up front and being transparent about the issues causing the delay is all anyone can really ask for in these times.

Online site showed item was in stock, however it was not. I was told over the phone I could cancel prior to restock date, so after some thought I decided to cancel. Was refused cancellation request due to order being 'shipped'. There was no tracking activity for 3-4 weeks after that. Cabinet is nice, I like it a lot and receive lots of compliments on it, however customer service Is not great.. I felt like I got the run around every time I called them. I had to reach out to the manufacturer of the cabinet to get a more clear order status!

You didn't mention what I ordered was currently out of stock until AFTER I already paid for it. I could have had it shipped sooner from a different website. Not cool. Too late now though....
