The item arrived slightly behind schedule. One piece was broken and there was no hardware or instructions (both fault of supplier). The customer service team has been responsive, but some pictures had to be sent 2x because the pictures sent to helpdesk could not be accessed by the representative. Am still waiting to hear from supplier as to how to rectify situation. Customer Service has been helpful but wish supplier was more responsive.

I did not receive a confirmation for my order of two chairs for overs week. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a confirmation and an estimated shipping date. Though I didn't like waiting for the confirmation, they provided me all the information I needed upon request.

Easy ordering
The delivery company was told that this delivery was going to a storage unit and to call 30 min prior to give us a chance to get there to open the gate. We got a call from storage management that they just left the boxes outside the gate without notifying us. Luckily no one stole the 4 boxes with the chairs.

My order was delayed because of production delays during the pandemic. When I contacted customer service the rep explained the reason for the delay. She was very courteous and understanding. I just had to be patient and wait. It was delivered on the day expected.
My only comment is that in the directions of which Homethreads probably has no control. Specific directions for assembly were on video which are accessed by scanning a "QR code" on the instruction page. I don't have a phone or whatever device to do this. It would have been especially useful for 'How to Adjust the Door Hinges'.
