Nice chairs. However one came with a sharp nail sticking out in the arm. I reported it and am told the only option is wait 6 months for replacement.

6 months to get a replacement chair is unacceptable. My chair has a sharp nail ready to push thru the fabric and cut someone.

Beautiful couch and sturdy build, but the cushions and comfort of the thing is not great. The cushions and back are super stiff and have to give to them. If I could have sat on this in a showroom somewhere, I wouldn't have purchased it because it's too uncomfortable. But if you're looking for a couch to fill a space and the couch won't be used regularly, then this might fit your needs. Otherwise, I would make sure you can test to comfort of the couch before you purchase.
