Don't Buy This Chair if You Plan on Sitting in it. If it is being used to stage a home you're selling, great, just don't sit in it. I'm 148 lbs. Not ashamed. The welding under the arms connect broke after 3 sittings. Where the cheap chinsy welding takes place is the main cross support for the chair so it's essentially void of any use What an astonishingly poor job in both design structurally and how they handle a manufacturer's error. Basically they say, "OH SORRY to hear this."

Color is not as shown in the picture and the item was damaged upon arrival. Homethreads will not cover return shipping. Shipping is $300!!! More than I paid for the item. Now I am stuck with this table. I will NEVER order from them again.

Picture is deceiving and quality is poor or defective on arrival. Chairs with bumpy trim that can scratch hands and the back panel is not even so much so that it’s visible even from the distance l.

Call was dropped after being on hold for over 10 minutes and then was told that there is not resolution until they hear back from the chair manufacturer. Still waiting for a resolution on return and refund. I will update rating after hearing from them.

One chair arrived damaged and with a leg missing. And the quality/ appearance is less than expected. Although the manufacturer offered a complete return and refund, it would cost more than the value of the chair to ship back so I had to keep them. At least they are sending me another chair. I hope it arrives in useable condition.

Although customer service was prompt in responding, resolution was not to my satisfaction. Be sure to check the return policy and that you really like what ever you buy at this store because the return policy will cost more than the product. I won't be ordering from this store again.

My Girlfriend and I ordered this couch after being told that it would take a month to ship to us. After a week it was shipped and when we contacted customer support to explain that we needed it to be held due to going to medical school and not knowing where our apartment would be yet they put us in contact with the CEO who was extremely unreasonable and rude. Ultimately charging us 500 more dollars to return the couch.

This carpet looks nothing like the photo. Its cheap and ugly. Very disappointed. I am elderly and just don't have the strength to roll and pac it for return.

Honestly, I can’t rate it since your delivery serves left the boxes in the pouring rain which damaged the boxes and content. We are waiting for the replacement and have submitted a claim with pictures. I’m sure the desk will be nice once we receive the replacement.

This bed frame is horrible. It is very cheap feeling and not sturdy. I would not recommend.

Buyer beware We carefully measured and were told by our interior designer that 48” is the minimum size we need for our space. This table seemed to be perfect and the stated return policies in the homethreads faq made it seem relatively low risk. So we purchased the table and the three year protection plan, a total of more than $600. The table arrived and is nearly an inch shorter than the dimensions advertised. That may be an acceptable defect to most, but again, this was very important to our particular design needs. We contacted homethreads and were initially told that this table is in fact *not* covered by the return policy in their FAQ. Somehow the customer is expected to know that their FAQ guarantees apply only to certain products and not all their products, even though this is written nowhere on the page Read for yourself: https://www.homethreads.com/faqs Finally they consented to allowing a “return” and insisted they were doing us a favor, but we were then told that we needed to cover shipping and a restocking fee, which totals roughly $370 through the cheapest available shipping company. But isn’t such a clear discrepancy between the listing and the product covered by their “defect” policy? Apparently not. Homethreads insists that determination is up to *the supplier* and not homethreads (who claim to stand by all their products they sell “100%”). The only answer we can get from homethreads at this point is “ The manufacturer has advised that these tables are final sale and 1/2 is within commercial tolerance and the claim has unfortunately been denied.” I have no idea where 1/2” came from. We’ve never told anyone it was 1/2” or less within the advertised length, and have literally sent photos with a measuring tape to that effect. I even got Tony, the Homethreads customer service manager, to view a picture I emailed him while on the phone and read the tape measurement to me and he admitted it is clearly greater than a 1/2 inch. It isn’t particularly close. “Nevertheless” he said, the manufacturer has determined that 1/2” is within commercial tolerances (they don’t have the table, I do). Tony said this is all he could do and that he even elevated it to their “CEO” and he made the ultimate decision to deny our claim. I asked to speak with him, but Tony insisted this is not possible and that if you have an issue with an Amazon order, you don’t talk to Jeff Bezos. (Through publicly available information, homethreads has less than 25 employees, and Bezos likely never makes the final decision on individual Amazon orders to stiff customers on a few hundred bucks, so this comparison is clearly ridiculous). I suppose the next step is to contact better business bureau and go from there. In the meantime, buyers beware.
