This cabinet has to be assembled at home and it’s made of particle board. Similar to IKEA products

While the chairs were beautiful, 3/6 of the chairs came broke! While the product has challenges, homethreads is Wonderful and immediately offered to send 3 new ones!

The seat cushions are hard as a rock..I need to have them remade.the frames is perfect though.

Looks okay but…The screw that holds cabinet together was not lined up and damaged the cabinet, the back panel is cardboard. The back panel took about 36 screws instead of wood that would have needed four…It serves its purpose for daughters art supplies….

Don’t Like the way the top portion goes together. Doesn’t fit together very well. What isn’t it one solid piece? But overall it looks good

We love the look and feel of these chairs, one of them has a broken leg so we are trying to figure out how to get it fixed or replaced. Contacting Homethreads has proven to be a difficult task so far

It's been impossible to contact Homethreads customer service, we're still trying to figure out how to get one of our chairs replaced, it arrrived with a broken leg and no damage to the box so it had to be that way when it was sent.

The chair is fine for our use. I had thought it may have been a higher grade in quality. For example, the metal finish could have been better. Overall ok. The bad thing is there was one small missing part and that has been confirmed that it is being sent. The part is a small round washer type that fits in the hydralic portion that fits int to legs. As of now, the chair is not fully assembled. I do not want any more items made in China going forward.

The pillow itself is ok fine. It was quite large and threw off the look I was going for.

There was a large problem with the shipping fee. Indicated it was free shipping but was charged a whopping 16.00. Problem was solved very satisfactorily.
