The material was different then I expected, so it was not as soft as I hoped it would be! I hope that with time it will get better. Also hope that the fabric won’t stain much. We shall see!

The one thing I wasn't very happy about was that it took so long from the time I ordered it to when it was delivered. It as it arrived in boxes on a pallet. I was expecting the company who delivered it to unpack it but they didn't so I was left to struggle to unpack it and put it together.

Purchased this mattress for my Daughter although this mattress is sooo super soft thats what we like about it but it absolutely makes us hot & sweat like you wouldn't believe my daughter nor myself are people who usually sweat but everytime she or I has slept on it we sweat profusely lord I wish I could return it. pleasantly disappointed to say the least

While my couch is cute and cozy, it has some flaws. The back is so short that the pillows topple over and the down in the cushions requisite constant fluffing. The biggest complaint is with the shipping company Homethreads subcontracts. My couch went on a North American tour before arriving at my door after being on a truck for six weeks. The company sent me confirmation of delivery twice. Twice they were no call no shows and I took off work. When they finally confirmed the third time for a Saturday morning between 9-1, they called me at 9:30pm Friday evening saying they were ‘going to stop by.’ I was already in bed and had gotten my household settled. To even think this is remotely acceptable is absurd. Then at 7am I received a call saying they were on their way. Again, outside of hours. Due to me taking off work twice for their no call no show, I had email confirmation that I had been upgraded to in home set up. The drivers said, ‘nah. We don’t do that’ so now not only have I lost two days wages, risked waking up my household, and they arrived before sunrise, I had to spend the day putting this thing together. I watched the one of the delivery men blow his nose in his hand from my window and so I guess I’m lucky he didn’t touch my actual couch. I have yet to receive a response from Homethreads or AM shipping regarding the ordeal. My best advise is just go straight to Modway, that’s who makes this couch anyway and it comes in a Modway box. Or better yet, just go Amazon so your couch doesn’t go on a Rocker Star benders route (California, Jersey, Iowa, Minnesota) before it arrives to you.

Didn't inflate to max 14", also isn't firm, to weak for body. Do to it will not buy such products from any company or corporation that offers it.

After the worst delivery approach by the transportation company, merchandise was returned, have to way additional days, and the representative tried to blame for not putting Apt number, when that wasn't the case. But it is ok, always learning, stop buying items from internet, it is risky business!

Perfect size but doesn’t seem to be hardwood. Had to paint it (a pain in the you know where) in order to get a richer color and to protect the wood. Please note that the instructions say that you are to wipe away any spills immediately. That is a give away that you can’t put it out where the rain will get it unless you add either Spar or many, many coats of paint.

We’ve had this sofa approximately 6 months and have been fairly displeased. The material isn’t particularly comfortable, it is quite rough. I hoped over time it would soften, but no luck so far. The material started pilling not long after we purchased it, leaving it looking beat up and worn. And again it’s been only half a year we’ve owned it. We don’t have kids, it’s just two of us utilizing it. The cushions require constant upkeep because they lose their shape and comfort after minimal use. For the price, I just don’t think the quality is there and I would not recommend this sofa to anyone.

Dimensions are larger than described. The dimensions are for the base frame, but it does not account for the extra dimensions of the Cushions and fabric. Add about 1-2inches on the total.

Though the fabric and wood work is meticulous and beautiful the leather seat is awful. It in no way resembles the description nor photo. We received a medium caramel colored leather seat when the description and photo denote a more burgandy or oxblood color.
