I purchased this sofa and thought I had the warranty, when I found out I didn't and called 3 mos. after purchase I was told there was nothing they would do. The material pills easily and started to show wear in the first few weeks, the cushions do not stay in place and are all misshapen after minimal use. I had no choice but to keep the sofa and after 1 year am throwing it away. It is such a waste and I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality and customer service.

Couch was ordered in May and still has not arrived. They provide no services or compensation. We have been told many different dates, they were not able to follow through on any of them.
