Very pretty chairs and comfortable... craftsmanship is imperfect as the pieces do not align exactly, but still happy with them; not easy to assemble

It was impossible to check on shipment/delivery status. Received 3 of 4 items in one shipment and the 4th 3 days later and had no way to tracking or checking to see if 4th would arrive or if there was a shipping error. Website not user friendly to check orders
