Just what I was looking for. I am a quilter, so a comfortable chair is important. All the adjustments are great. I go to quilting retreats so the fact that the back comes off to get it into my car was an essential part of the design.

Although the shipping destroyed some of the packaging and the screws for the chair got lost in the mail, I received a text message and email from the CEO the next day to help resolve the issue. Really appreciate the personal customer service to make sure we are satisfied customers!!

Website didn't indicate that item was out of stock until I ordered it. Then it said it wouldn't ship until June 20, but then it arrived much sooner than that. It's always nice to receive earlier than expected, but the process was a little off-putting.
