11 days and didn't receive the product...call many times including sending emails...nothing...finally after 15 days I get a call only to b told they are on back order..wouldn't even make it right over night shipping something equivalent. Will never order from here.

I cancelled this order. HealthCare Supply Pros promised delivery in 1-9 business days, but after failing to receive this product within that time frame, I contacted the Sales Department which informed me that there was a factory delay of more than three additional weeks. It would have been a good customer service gesture to notify me of this fact in a timely manner instead of having me wait and wonder about delivery.
