It's a cream that works well on dry skin and/or itching. It is 50% lanolin with aloe vera and petroleum. Best on the market!!

As a moisture barrier, Medseptic is the best. Thick enough that it doesn't wipe off easily so keeps skin dry and free from irritation. Yet with warm, soapy water, comes off with less effort than one would think.
