Very smooth experience. Easy to order. Quick shipping. Once I received the unit, I had to call to learn about how to get the app and program an rs232 file. Mike is support was fantastic and helped a lot. Perhaps I missed that info in the documents I received, but I suppose would have been helpful if it were more prominently placed on your website. Then I wouldn't have had to bother Mike.
