Better then cough syrup. I had a bad sore throat, nothing seemed to cure or soothe my burning sore throat. One table spoon of the moringa oil and I was able to swallow with out the burn. I kept drinking this for the day and next day my throat was better. I also used the oil in my nose to prevent dry cracked nose from blowing so much . My lips never got chapped either. I purchased for my mother as well . It helped her with coughing at night. Taste is kinda earthy , but not to bad. It worth it. It’s great for my dry hands and absorbs well into my skin.
