Great experience. They forgot to put decaf on the label. This was important to me for health reasons to know that it was really decaf because of a previous mishap with an unlabeled product somewhere else. When I let them know....they sent me a free pound of coffee. That is Customer Service. That is how it is done. I will be
purchase again because of it.....and also the coffee is great.

Great Coffee. Starbucks discontinued their Decaf Sumatra and this is the best replacement I have found. Great Service. Buying Bulk is a price saver.
