Very good coffee. I believe the pandemic has slowed the shipping process from supplier to roaster, which means the coffee is a wee bit less fresh than it would (and will) otherwise be. My assumption is that it doesn’t sit in your shop for too long after you roast if, and before you ship it to the customer. I will buy this coffee again in a couple of months. Unlike most, I DO freeze my coffee beans, and find that to me the best way to store them, provided they remain in airtight glass storage containers.
