Well, actually, I have not tasted the coffee or the tea yet. Package will sit in my garage for a week in case there is COVID-19 contamination on any of the surfaces.

Please see earlier comments. Suggestion to you: Add a button that will allow customers to not give a star rating, if they, like me, have not opened the package yet and are waiting out a potential viral contamination.
