Chocolate Island is smooth, and natural tasting, no artificial undertones. I mix the beans with Tylers Acid Free coffee beans and the result is amazing. A 1 to 4 ration yields a smooth mocha sorta result, very pleasing and not too chocolate.

I like the blend of regular coffee beans with just a bit of chocolate background, and this works perfectly with a 1 to 4 ration with regular beans.

I have purchased Beans from GourmetCoffee several times. Quick service and delivery are excellent. The cost of shipping can be negated by purchasing more product to allow FreeShipping. I only buy one bag at a time, as I dont use that much.

If you enjoy a bit of chocolate flavor in your morning brew, this is it. I do not use this by itself though. I add 1/4 cup of Chocolate Island beans to 1 cup of Tylers coffee beans, and mix them up before grinding my daily brew. Perfecto in a mug. by themselves, chocolate Island would be too chocolate for my taste. My taste, not yours. Tylers is no acid coffee beans, expensive but my stomach appreciates it.

I have purchased from this company several times. They offer a great variety of coffee, and the prices are reasonable for high quality beans, which is how I buy. Delivery is not free, but it is quick. I have no problems with this company at all.
