Very easy to deal with. Every time We have called they have always been available to chat or have called back immediately. Very rare to get that kind of service these days. Product is amazing and user friendly, they exceeded our expectations further when they called to let us know they could provide different length sleepers to suit different fence profiles. Will be using them again.
