This is a special ornament for us this year with my father being killed by COVID-19. I submitted 2 pictures with some basic Photoshopping to remove the background and show exactly what we wanted to show on the ornament. I was glad to see the first email with proofs to authorized and not just a product made, hoping it was what we wanted. There were some changes we needed to make and the second proofs turned out good. I know this takes a lot of customer service when trying to work with a heavy load of orders, so thank you very much!
