Nothing but positive things to say. Golf arrangements were perfect, no issues. We did have an issue at the hotel, it was the hotel's mistake, not GolfZoo. Contacted Nikki on a Sunday and she immediately corrected the problem with no hassle on our part. Great customer service.

We have been using Todd at Golf Zoo for several years now, he has been nothing short of amazing with our golf and lodging needs. We have planned trips together for groups as small as 12, and as large as 20 - I tell him what we are looking for and he makes it happen, we are already planning our 2024 trip.

GolfZoo has been my go-to service agent for both group and personal/family golf trips for the several years, for they (especially Jamie) have been professional and quite responsive in addition to booking us with appropriate/right accommodations and golf courses even on short descriptions of our needs/budgets. I particularly appreciate their choices of golf courses, usually starting with a forgiving course for the first round for us to be able to restart the engine (so to speak) from long lay-off during Canadian winter/off season.

I gave Brenton from Golf Zoo the number of rounds and an approximate cost we were comfortable in spending. Brenton got us the rounds, pricing and courses that we wanted to play. Everything work out great, would recommend using the Golf Zoo team for future golf trips.
