The service technicians, Alex Ceja and Zack (in training), were knowledgeable and informative. Alex showed me the worn parts that he removed and explained the mechanism in full. Upon restoration of the garage door, Alex demonstrated the finished product. I was pleased with their professional performance.

My husband had just passed away three weeks before our garage door opener would not work. It turns out the motor was way past the warranty and finally gave out. Alex and his helper came the next morning and could not have been nicer. My door was working perfectly within an hour. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know who is having any kind of a garage door problem. I was very pleased!

Eric Stevens was very professional, installed quickly and removed old motor and track. Explained use of new remote controls, asked me if I had AAA for 10% discount also. Took the time to explain the three different motors that Precision offered.

Prompt schedule against the appointment I had. Tech called ahead to advise what time he would be there and showed earlier than the appointment which was great for me. Very polite, professional and explained multiple items to me about the repair and answered all my questions, etc. I ended up getting more service than I planned, but felt it was needed after being shown important safety items with my equipment. I will be ordering as well in the next couple of months for a new motor and feel very comfortable with this company.
I have something to base this against as I have been in the property management industry for 31 yrs. and know multiple vendors !

My service call did not require the installation of new parts or equipment. My car trunk hit the switch on the line and set the opener into the off mode. The service tech just flipped the gauge or switch over and we were back in operation. The light bulbs were on and the motor was running but I didn't know about the switch that I inadvertently moved to off with my car. The service technician, Eric, was polite and friendly and answered all my questions. He inspected my hinges and springs and updated me on when I should be expected to replace those. Eric was knowledgeable and helpful. I would use Precision Doors in the future.

Within 3 hours of my call, Rudy was out to my home,
and installing my new Garage Door Opener.

He was most kind and took time to explain all

I went with their brand ~ 10 year warranty, keypad, two remote controls and open button inside.

Fast and efficient. Max was professional and courteous.

The service tech was over an hour late for the appointment. I had to call to even see if he was coming. Althought his work was okay he was unable to take his trash, spare parts, cardboard box, packaging becasue his truck was full. I would not call that quality service.

The service technician was professional and talked about my options.
I receive an estimate for future work, but have decided to take another route to fix the problems.
