I purchased 50+ medals for a leadership retreat, each with the same front but 6 different versions of the back face. The order was completely correct, the process was very efficient and the customer service was top notch. Often times the staff would email me back in the middle of the night and on weekends. The turnaround time was quick too...we needed the medals in a rush and the company met our deadline. Jean was simply amazing to work with. Would order these medals again in a heartbeat!

I ordered 50+ medals under a short timeline and the GS-JJ company was amazing to work with all around. They were extremely efficient at responding to my emails, often times responding in evening or weekend hours. Jean was so efficient and responsive. The medals were very high quality, beyond my expectations for the price. The company met my quick timeline/deadline and I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

We ordered custom medals for our upcoming cyclocross awards. The design tool on the website was user friendly and allowed me to to customize nearly every aspect of the medal. Lucy helped make the design become reality. She was prompt to reply and get proofs provided so that our order would show up on time. The medals look amazing and I can't wait for everyone to get them!

Dare to Dream and Franny will make it a reality! I ordered a bizarre looking wouldn't mean anything to anyone else custom patch. Who makes ONE patch for someone who wants to create a specialize reminder for that special person in your life?!?! Franny does!!! After two revisions, it was PERFECT. I was very impressed with the first proof off what specs I wrote out in the email. So a minor tweak and we were off to printing. One patch is not exactly cost effective. As small business owner limping along and a single mother it was for me a small investment I had to save for, but the look on my child's face when the patch arrive yesterday was BEYOND worth it. My child was SO honored to see the idea we were joking about a few months ago become a beautiful patch to remind her an important truth about herself. And, I assume on their big machines they can't make just one patch. To our surprise, the envelope actually had 4 patches in it! Now, I'll make her a hat and a beanie. From Start to Finish EVERY aspect of creating the design to receiving the BEAUTIFUL product in our hands was fun, easy, and a blessing. I am SO grateful for Franny's consistent follow up and quick turnaround times to move the process along quickly. I HIGHLY recommend daring to dream up something creative to help you or something you care about remember their own truth.
