The furniture I have purchased from Fran's Wicker has held up well. I bought my first piece, a wicker couch, three or four years ago and it still looks new. Fran's furniture is made well, out of good quality materials and is beautiful.
I especially like it when Fran's has a sale.

First I want to start by saying that my purchase of my 5 piece outdoor set is my 2nd because the first set I bought from frans lasted 10 years at the Jersey shore right by the ocean so their furniture is GREAT and long lasting! Not only did the furniture last but the cushions after 10 years still are in fabulous condition if you take them in they will last forever! The set is still being used by one of our friends!
Now my new set that I ordered online since I knew the quality I was not worried I did not see it in person. There was a small confusion and I got the wrong set. BUT due to Jackie and jeff it was all rectified quickly and efficiently within 1 week and they delivered my new set and picked up the wrong set. I soooo love my 5 piece Outdoor Aquarius set and what a VALUE!
Jackie was sweet and extremely helpful and professional and assured me everything would be taken care of and it was. Jeff the manager was also very helpful in aiding in the process! In addition the 2 men that delivered to me on a Sunday were extremely nice, quick and efficient! My husband and I appreciate all their hard work and efforts!
I would recommend Frans furniture as a purchase good quality at a good price! More than that I recommend Jackie and Jeff as they are great in helping with customer service. I had a wonderful experience!
