My overall experience was horrible. I ordered the wrong part initially online and was able to cancel and re-order the the right part over the phone. I was told my order would take 2 to 3 days to arrive and I would receive an email once it came in. I received no email or correspondence. I went to the parts counter in person and was told my order was never placed. I placed it a second time on 3-14-23 and was told it would arrive by Friday 3-17-23. I went to pick up my part on Monday 3-30-23 and they couldn't locate my order. The counter parts attendant ordered it again in front of me. I did finally receive my part on 3-22-23. I never experienced such a level of incompetence at a dealership that's been in the business for so many years. I'm really just disappointed for all the inconvenience as my car sat at a mechanic shop waiting for my part to arrive!!

Finding the right parts with the diagrams is perfect! Very easy to use and order. Hopefully the shipping timeline is wrong.....10 to 15 days for delivery is a huge negativity.

However, your site did not take the auto filled credit card information my computer populated into the form and it was not immediately clear that this was the problem in submitting the payment.

I received the product and had it installed at my own cost. The part did not work or solve the problem, so I reached out to Customer Service to see what could be done. Because the Terms & Conditions for returns state that the part must be NEW in order to be returned (never taken out of the packaging), Fordpartsonsale.com refused to do anything about it. It feels shady because the consumer has to take the part out of the box to know whether or not it works. In other words, they sell parts and that's it. I don't even know if the part was new when I got it. They do not offer much in the realm of Customer Service or Support. If a part doesn't work, you take the hit. I am out $250 + labor now. I will not use this company again.
