I placed the order at 10:45 p.m. and it was delivered the next day by 10 AM. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and my mom said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever received. I will definitely be using this company again - wonderful experience, and a great price.

I need to order some flowers last minute and found the site through the Melaleuca retail marketplace. The website was easy to maneuver and the prices were great. My flowers were ordered late at night and delivered by mid morning the next day, and they were absolutely beautiful. The price was a valuable deal as well. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use flowers fast again in the future.

The flowers were delivered and beautiful but 1 they were left on the porch in hot weather and 2 the bouquet delivered looked nothing like what was ordered.

The plant arrived seamlessly and was a beautiful, healthy plant, but it was not in the container as described. I bought it for a man and specifically avoided sites in which the plant was sold in a basket. I thought the container shown on this site was perfect, but instead the plant arrived in a basket anyway!

The flowers were to be delivered on 7/31 prior to the funeral. You show that the flowers were delivered on 8/1 around 1:10pm, which was after the funeral service! I've not been able to confirm that my family actually received them.

We're sorry to hear this. Sometimes the delivery confirmations from our partner florists show the time when the delivery driver returned to the shop and logged them in. We're sure this was the case here, but we are checking with the florist to be certain.

I was informed on the day of delivery that this was cat mug design was not available until mid-August, but if I wanted to go with the paw print design they could deliver it the next day. I agreed, but it wasn’t delivered for three more days. It’s still very cute and the plant is healthy. My friend liked the sympathy gift for her cat who passed away.

The item I ordered seems to have availability and delivery issues depending on the recipient's area. This is the fourth one I've ordered from Flowers Fast. That being said, I don't think it's the company's fault. I do like Flowers Fast and will continue to use them as I have for several years.

Expensive, but very sweet gift for my friend whose cat passed away. And it’s a nontoxic plant so it’s safe for her other cat to be around. The standard enclosed paper says that it’s a toxic plant, but it’s not according to the ASPCA. Succulent Hawortha

The flowers were old and some were already starting to wilt and turn brown when they arrived. The spouse of the recipient opened the box right away, placed the flowers in a vase, then had to cleaned up the arrangement so they were more presentable to the recipient. Nevertheless, the flowers still died within two days, despite being kept in water! The actual bouquet was also far less full than the picture showed. Definitely not worth the nearly $90 I paid. I am only giving it two stars instead of one because the recipient liked the chocolates (which were also extremely overpriced for only 3.2 oz) I had sent with it and this company was the only one who would deliver the flowers to the rural area the recipient lives in. I’m very disappointed and will not be buying from this company again.
