Provided correct delivery information and was told later on person was not at hospital. Verified person and room number and later on was told it had been delivered. Delivered to hospital in evening and hospital did not get to room until next day. Not what I expected.

We're sorry for the delay in your order. We assigned it to a florist, who checked with the hospital, and was told the recipient was not listed. After checking with the customer, we assigned it right away to another shop that delivered to the hospital. Of course we have no control over how the hospital staff manages things from that point, but we did our best to get it there in a timely manner.
