The delivery company AM Trucking is horrible. Very bad customer service. The delivery person was great but trying to get ahold of anyone to schedule a missed delivery was difficult. They schedule a delivery time & date without your input and emails claim you can call to reschedule but you can never get someone to answer a call or email. I had to contact First Class and they figured it out for me.

The first TV I got was defective. I was told I could not return it because I didn't keep the original box. I bought a new TV and used that box to return the defective TV. Took several phone calls, long wait times and weeks to get a credit.

Not happy about little or no info on where the tv was at and was not notified when it did arrive. 4 days it sat in a apartment office. The TV itself is horrible looks like something from 10 years ago. I can not get it to look any better Than a cheap led tv.

Delivery took a lot longer than promised from advertisement on the website. Also, too many hidden costs! After paying the hidden costs, I could have bought the TV locally!!!

After looking into your order we see that the TV did arrive within the 6-14 business day time frame and you paid $2388.-- for the OLED65C8P which at the time of purchase was selling for $2997.99 + tax in stores locally.

You saved close to $1000.00 compared to buying in stores. We do know shipping is on the slower side but this is something that needs to be done in order to give you these fantastic savings! It is also very clearly listed how long shipping takes when purchasing.

The Shipper did not deliver the product to my home, I had to drive an hour to their distribution center to pick it up. That is my one complaint.

First Class TVs provides a different shopping experience than a typical online store, but the price was so good it was worth it. I was frustrated to not get any shipping info on my TV, and outright angry when it arrived with a cracked screen. However, following that issue, customer service was helpful, provided a return shipping label and sent me a new TV very quickly. On the second shipment, I did received tracking information and am happy to say my new TV is up on the wall and looks great.

First class TVs offers exceptional products at great prices. And speaking with the customer service/sales team is ideal as it can be. I was upsold after the purchase of my tv to the warranty and white glove service. Everything was great until the shipping service with AM Trucking. As long as you do business with them it's hard to recommend your business. They treat your customers so poorly it's not worth buying from you. The white glove service was to haul my tv in, set it on the floor, rip open the package, plug it in, and turn it on. And then left. It's a two person lift to move the tv. My brand new TV sat on the floor until I could get someone else to help. Where was the white glove service? What did I pay extra for? That's after the fact AM Trucking didn't communicate about the delivery of the tv. They gave me a window but didn't call until they were at my door step. Well I have a life and job. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before arriving. Thankfully the customer service guys with FirstClass went to bat for me and the tv was delivered about a week later. However they were supposed to deliver the tv at 5am on a Tuesday. Monday the night before they called and said they would be at my house in 10 minutes it was roughly 8pm. Horrible communication from AM Trucking. This reflet's poorly on FirstClass.

We did finally receive the TV and it appears to be okay although we have not yet had time to install it. Our complaint is with the shipping company -- Saia. They originally sent an email with a tracking number and never followed up with any more information. Whenever we tried to get a shipping status, using the tracking number, there was never any information. We finally took the initiative to track down a contact at Saia that could help us. They informed us that the problem was that we had never scheduled a delivery date with them. We were never told that we needed to do this nor given a contact number. We scheduled a delivery date for Monday, October 22nd. On Monday the truck driver called and informed us that he could not deliver that day because we were not on his route. He rescheduled us for Tuesday, the next day. Late Tuesday, a Saia gal called to inform us that they could not deliver that day and that they would deliver it the next day, Wednesday. Late Wednesday the truck driver called and said he could not deliver the TV to our house because he could not get there. His 65 foot tractor-trailer could not navigate or turn around on the road to the house. We were instructed to meet him about a mile from our house to transfer the TV to our vehicle; which we did. Of course there was no way to inspect the TV at that location before accepting the delivery. FedEx, UPS, and even the propane delivery truck regularly deliver to this location . It seems Saia should have delivered the TV using reasonably sized truck. In addition, we had to take off 3 work days because of Saia's scheduling and lack of communications. I have no doubt that Firstclasstvs is a reputable and quality supplier, but they sure need to improve their shipping vendor.

TV was shipped quickly without any issues. Contacted firstclasstvs about a uniformity issue on the new TV. They were quick to respond and asked me to give them the serial number so they can setup someone to come out for warranty service. No response ever since.

The first TV I ordered was defective. The seller agreed to replace it but only if I had the original box. Since I did not, I had to purchase a 2nd TV, use that box to put in the defective TV and send it back. I have not received confirmation yet, but I was assured I would get a credit for the 2nd TV. It was a hassle, a tedious and unpleasant experience. Took several weeks to resolve because they closed a couple of weeks for vacation and coordinating delivery and pick up was time consuming and conflictive. Having said that I finally received a product I am happy with. I wouldl have liked for the seller to have credited me for the extra warranty I purchased but they said no.

I was very satisfied with the delivery time. And the TV looks great. However, the white glove service was a scam. Before I bought it I asked if the service included connecting the TV to the existing components and David told me yes. That's largely why I bought it. They took upper box off the TV, kept it in lower box on the floor and plugged it in the nearby outlet. In and out in 5 minutes! Not what I thought I paid the $80 for! I emailed this concern to First Class TV cust. service. Never got a response from anybody. That's why the 1-star rating.

Hi! We do ship out all our TVs factory sealed in the box. The TV is held shut by 2 nylon straps which at times can sometimes rip off in shipping.
We do apologize for that and thank you for doing business with us!

I expect perfection, had communicated up front when I needed the product by. I was assured it would arrive by a specific date. It did not and the tracking information showed one day, I rescheduled a doctors appointment for my wife as a result, the day of her surgery the tracking changed to the date of her surgery. Peoples lives are impacted by delivery; I don't appreciate a large ticket item being pulled off a truck, put back on the truck, put in a warehouse, loaded back onto a truck, then offloaded finally to my door. If the item was double boxed I would be ok with it; was told by FirstClasstvs they did not overbox the mfg packaging. Other large ticket tv's I've purchased on line via ebay have been overboxed.

The shipping time is the main reason for the low marks. 1st Tv was damaged and finally received the replacement on 19 Mar. The original order was placed on 13 Feb. Customer service could also provide better tracking info to their customers. I had to practically contact the shipper and find the bill of laden to follow up on the progress of the delivery.

While I had a very good experience shopping with firstclasstvs.com, my experience with the shipping companny has been terrible and pathetic. The guys who delivered the TV were rude and brash and they were not at all reasonable. Since it was raining on the day, we asked them to remove their shoes but instead they just dropped off the TV in the kitchen area. In the process they ended up scratching the wall making marks in 2 places.

When I ordered the TV, my credit card was charged immediately as well a tracking and delivery papers created. However, the item wasn't made available for pickup by the freight company until over a week later, and then only after I had inquired on the shipping process.
Emails for delivery updates were not answered.
Finally delivered 17 days later.
We were promised "white glove" delivery which the shipping company stated means bringing the TV into the house, placing it where we desired, unpacking, testings and removing all packaging materials.
The delivery men attempted to leave the TV right inside the door, but I asked them to carry it to the rec room, about 30 feet further into our home. They cut the box open, gained access to the plug and tested it to ensure it wasn't a brick. Then left. Nothing was discarded or even unboxed.

It took a month to finally get my second lg oled after several contacts to Sam, but the HDMI cables promised didn't come in as agreed upon so I purchased it myself. On the second tv I waited two whole days for delivery by Fedex. Each time it was supposed to be delivered I had to go nowhere all day. On the second try Fedex said I wasn't home, which was a lie. I live in a gated community and waited 20 feet from my door when they claimed they came by. Needless to say, after several complaint calls and demands to Fedex they sent out a small delivery truck with the tv. I found their handling of a fragile electronic tv terrible as I watched it being unloaded. They wouldn't even wait for an inspection and told me they didn't have time. Fortunately, no visible damaged occurred. The first tv was a great experience, however on the second one it was horrible and a big waste of my valuable time...

Great delivery experience, the delivery scheduler seemed to have an attitude but the delivery guy was great. TV was a bit slow shipping compared to buydig. White glove delivery was a nice touch though.
