Not necessarily related to this purchase, but I previously purchased a UV bulb replacement and when I installed it the UV light alert never went off even though I replaced it. I'm not positive it's on, but as the bulbs are quite expensive I've opted to continue using the purifier with just the other filters...not sure if it's possible to aquire another UV bulb through you all if the other one was defective? Or maybe you've heard reports of similar problems?

I gave a full 5 stars because I like my 1000P, but I was told by a representative to order my filters by going to fieldcontrol.com. I did not have a good experience on that site. It took 40 minutes to finalize the sale. I wasn’t expecting and relieved that C.W eventually sent me the exact site and later received a confirmation #. My last order in 2022 wasn’t like this. There should be an easier way for homeowners to by parts.
