After speaking with the first representative, I was told to place my order through the website. I then asked for tech service regarding an issue about the direction of my unit. After that discussion, I entered the website and needed to call for directions on how to locate the item I wished to purchase. The new operated was very patient with me and directed me to the proper location. I then made the purchase which was the easiest purchase I have ever made online. Make sure to change out the filters regularly. Having animals in the house I can start to smell them when filters are getting clogged.
