Very expensive, have yet to install it. Also, I hope I purchased a UV-C bulb, no markings to indicate that it is.

One of the two lamps did not light. A check with an ohmeter showed that one of the filaments was an open circuit. I have contacted Field Controls for a replacement but have not yet had a response. The working lamp is fine. Assuming I get a replacement I would order from them again.
