The directions are hard to read due to print and not enough information. The straps were hard to feed thru the springs and some of our straps were without end pieces.

I have been a customer for years and I buy this one certain pool cover and have for years. The cover it self is a great cover and never had problems with it. But this year when we were putting on the cover we discovered a 4 inch cut on the side of the pool cover. We didn’t have time to send it back and wait for a replacement cover so we put Duct Tape on top and bottom of the cut. This is the first time we have ever had a problem. I will continue to buy this same cover because we like it very much. I would usually rate a 5 star but because of the cut I put 3 stars.
