As usual I waited until the last minute to order my son’s big Christmas present this year. I placed the order online on Saturday morning the week before Christmas and by Saturday evening I received a call from customer service to go over everything I needed to do to get the bike to my house on time and what to do once it arrived. The woman that I spoke with was awesome and made sure that I understood what I needed to do. The bike was on the truck on Monday and at my house on Thursday exactly as she had said. You just don’t get that level of customer service anymore and I would recommend them to anyone and will likely buying from them again.

I recently purchased the Tao GK110 for my son and he loves it. The instructions to finish putting it together were very user friendly and everything was packed very well. The whole experience with family go karts was very exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a safe, fun and reliable outdoor experience.. I would have gave 10 stars:)

Very cheaply made. What did i expect for the price. The customer service during the purchase was great. About a month after we had it, it had an issue with it not starting. The customer support for this was terrible. Took over a week to be contacted. I finally just took it apart and found the fuse wire off the positive battery lug had pulled out. I repaired the wiring. The batter cable and fuse wire connector was not crimped properly.

Finding what we wanted was very easy. The product service prior to delivery was amazing. The delivery time was great. Then, the atv arrived and it was damaged. This was a Christmas gift for our son. We immediately filed a claim and called about it. At first the responses were very quick. But, the time line to Christmas started getting tight and the responses became once a week, with little to no information given about the filed claim. Even though the shipping company caused the damage family gokarts would not work with us on replacing the damaged unit as a whole before Christmas. Again the the responses were scarce and very vague. We would ask multiple questions with answers only coming once a week with no actual information given on our claim. We eventually had to ask to return the atv with the company making us pay the return shipping ('per their policy'). They responded very quick to this. The return fee would have cost us half what we paid for the unit as a whole. They did ship us the damaged part. With no instructions on how disassemble and reassemble the new part. Since, the unit runs good with no problems. I would not recommend this company at all. Don't waste your time or money on these products. Shop local and get better products. Should've worked with us and responded better. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Purchased MB-200-2 mini bike. Great deal with Black Friday special. Ordering and scheduling delivery was easy and fast. Great overall experience. Easy to assemble. Excellent business to deal with overall. Only negative to note was advertised as free shipping, but was contacted and told it would be nearly $200 in delivery and gate lift fees, and asked if I still wanted to order. I ordered anyway as it was still a great deal compared to anywhere else.

Price was still good (black Friday) even after they call you to tell you the "free shipping" is extra few hundred dollars. Easy to finish putting together No instructions included- just happened to find the chock lever Not very powerful at all. Works fine of level dry ground. Cannot climb a hill without getting off and pushing it -sometimes a bump will stop it (which then concerns me if the kids are behind it pushing it and slip and unit rolls back) - kids are way below the 95lb max rating Wish I bought sometime more powerful. This may have become a waste of money because I'm sure it will get tired of it very quickly due to its lack of power

Price was still good (black Friday) even after they call you to tell you the "free shipping" is another $300. Assembly instructions non existent. Found instructions for another model but still terrible instructions and have extra parts we cannot figure out. Have not been able to figure out the whining noise the go cart makes as you drive it. Handles hills well. Kids love it (as you can see in picture a bolt fell off on the light bar but lucky I have a dozen extra bolt left over from the assembly)

I called the company the day I got the dirt bike because it was tipped over in the truck, leaking oil, and a bunch of holes in the box. When we opened it there was even more damage to the point where oil leaks from the bike all the time. FamilyGoKarts said they would put in an insurance claim and it took a few days. It is now 2 months later and I have heard nothing. No one returns my calls and I have gotten no money back. Really poor customer service.
