Packaging pretty solid, go kart in good shape and exactly what I needed. No instructions in crate but that was ok. Biggest problem was I paid for lift gate service on a straight truck as I live on a narrow rural Rd and that's not what delivered but we made due. All help and questions were answered on the phone by a human being which was great.

This company runs a SCAM on shipping and SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE FREE SHIPPING!!! I paid for an Apollo DB28 on 2/15/23 for my Grandson. The day after I paid, a lady called and said they only had red in stock, I said that's would be fine. She then told me, there would be an additional $89.00 charge for access fee, when I asked why, she turned very rude. I read the web page and it says an access charge would be charged for difficult deliveries. I told her, delivery is to my bussiness, it has 18 wheeler loading docks and multiple trucks can be the parking lot at one time. She said $89.00 or she will cancel my order and she hung up on me. Call a second lady to discuss, she was just a rude as the first woman and all she wanted was my order number so she could cancel my order. THEY CANCEL MY ORDER, FREE DELIVERY IS A LIE, they scam you for more money after you pay. Shipping is really $100.00, they already charged a $10 fuel surcharge. Be prepare to pay more after you have already PAID and be prepare for some very rude people running this company. Wonder if the owner knows how these people handle their customers? !!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

First of all the fact that I can only describe the product positively is kind of scummy. Why ask for a rating if you only accept positive feedback? Regardless of that the item took forever to arrive and when I asked why it was taking so long the answer made no sense to me and I was asked to pay more. I refused to pay more and found the same product on Amazon for way less.

I'm okay with the bike but I will never dial this number again. The lack of professionalism when dealing straight with the company is horrible. The woman who was said is the owner, is the most rudest owner I've ever encountered. She was super nasty on the phone. I want this to be the last time I ever send anything to them. I want nothing more to do with family Go-Karts. Worst place to spend money. Never again will you at family Go-Karts ever hear from me or anyone else I know. Very unhappy with family gokarts

I got the Vitacci Spark and unfortunately it has a lot of issues. The battery doesn't hold charge so in order to drive my scooter I have to charge it every single day. I bought a new battery in hopes that it would take care of the issue but the scooter still does not hold charge, which means there is a deeper issue within the scooter itself vs the battery. The kickstarter also does not work and I reached out to customer service numerous times with no avail. I got this purchase in January and I am still waiting for the title so I can sell the scooter for parts.

I have tried numerous times to get the part needed for this until. I need a chain. It broke 15 mins into my daughters first time riding. We bought in October and she hasn't been able to ride since then. This whole experience has been terrible. I have been super patient and nothing has happened to make this right !! I need a chain and have tried to order over and over and over. I need this chain so she can try to ride this 4 wheeler which was a birthday gift I spent a lot of money on and it's been setting In my garage for months broke down and everyone I have spoken to has done nothing ! Please send the master link or chain that I ordered and have tried to order numerous NUMEROUS TIMES!! Thank you!

For the price of what you get, I can't complain. Pretty great deal. Great machine for kids to learn on. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a kids beginner atv. Being able to govern the speed way down is a great way the kids to putt around and learn the controls.

Family Go Karts service was exceptional! I ordered online. I received my call back the very next day to confirm everything. I unfortunately, forgot the woman's name whom which I spoke with but, she was very helpful and explained everything. I just happened to order about 9-10 days before Christmas. They had my order to me in 5 days! Was very pleased.
