The process to order this was very "clunky". They price they advertise is paying by e-check and it was different than any other e-check transaction I have ever done. This drug on for about 2 weeks before it shipped. I would have just used a credit card if I would have known the additional steps. Also after I placed the order online I received a call saying there was an additional trucking surcharge since the carrier they usually used went out of business. They said they just had not been able to update the website yet. When I looked about 30 days later it still wasn't updated. I would rate the Pentora itself about 3 stars. After setting it up and going through the additional oil change I had an electrical issue with it popping the fuse after about 20 minutes of use. I traced the problem to the wiring under the front cover where a rubber cover over a wire connector was installed to where it slid down the wire letting the connector ground against a metal loom holder causing a direct short. After fixing that and rerouting the harness and zip tying it in place it was fine. The carburetor design makes it hard to keep running until it warms up since the choke is either full on or off. I removed the plugs and adjusted the carb to get it to idle better. Also the front brake lever lock doesn't engage. I will have to try to modify that. However my biggest complaint is how severely it vibrates. I bought this for my 10 year old grand daughter and after 15 minutes of riding her hands are numb, with gloves. She complained about that it was making a noise so I rode it and found it is the vibration she is hearing at higher rpm. Bottom line is for the money it is okay but it definitely has it's drawbacks.

Seems like a good company with a good product. The Go Kart I purchased started right up but cut off repeatedly mainly due to the not knowing what position the fuel valve/petcock position should be in. There was no mention of this valve in the Trailmaster owners manual and I had to go online to find a video provided by another company. Also the assembly videos provided by Trailmaster are ok but much more detailed/complete videos can be found by others. So Trailmaster seems to have provided a good product and made a pretty good effort at educating the buyer on assembly and operation but could do better.

I did not receive the registration documents until after the warranty time period was over so there was no way I could have utilized the product during the warranty period to find defects that needed addressed. Now if something breaks during break in period, I'll be stuck with the bill. I feel like they did this on purpose and I am not happy about it at all.

Runs great. Needed to replace fuel lines and a couple vacuum lines right away. Due to crimping. And took about a month to receive scooter and about another month to receive the title so it's about a 2 month process to be able to legally drive it. Another than that customer service was good.

This is great for beginners as they can get use to riding without the worry of shifting gears. Another bonus is you set the throttle so the can't get over whelmed.

The only issue I had was getting advise. I had called asking about the size of the motorcycle explaining the age of my granddaughters. I inquired if this would be a good size for them or to small, I was informed that this was a good size for them. Well it was and is to small I really wish I had ordered a size larger or told so when I inquired about it.

The scooter is excellent in its performance versus price. Unfortunately I have never received the paperwork that is needed to register this vehicle so it is little more than a paperweight. I truly hope at some point to be able to use this vehicle that was payed for in full 2 months ago.

Having the price increased days after placing the order for special shipping requirements is a sad tactic to use against your customers and a sure way of killing the chance of multiple future sales. Failing to send mso/title documents for months after the sale is simply unacceptable. Truly a disappointing experience.

Basically you should say it's damaged when you get it. I was not at work the day it arrived the shipping guy received it and the box looked good.. it appears to have been damaged before boxing and shipping
