ive bought this unit and must say im very happy with it family gokarts is a good place to buy from to me so dont beleave everything you read bad about them there is always to side to a story thanks

Shipping delay were due to Covid and understandable, but they could have been more honest about it. No updates even after 30 days past when delivery was promised. I sent pictures of obviously defective parts for replacement. Was told it looked normal. Would not answer basic, easy, yes or no questions. I feel like my messages were not even read by support. "Help" never acknowledged what I was asking. Was told the warranty I paid extra for was inadequate and told to take it to a certified mechanic even after I told them it is dead weight. Horrible customer service. Be warned.
