The seats were damaged the spare tire was missing. I tried to get a replacement,but couldn’t fine the vin #. I’ve called written a few times until I was just ignored

I'm making a video of the damage and no spare Facebook and tik tok I'm very disappointed. All I wanted was my spare that's missing. I've purchased from Familygokart this was the worst experience

Do not buy this go kart unless you have welding and fabrication abilities to be able fix it before even being able use it! Luckily I am a Metal fabricator and work at a hot rod shop. Had to cut and lengthen the Drive shaft was to short, had to cut steering wheel bracket off and re weld it so it was not on a ridicules angle. Had to re drill holes for from control arms, front bumper because they did not even line up. Missing tons of hardware to bolt together. The paint job was a joke, scratches everywhere, looked like a used go kart it was so scratched up everywhere, they tried to touch up some of the scratches with spray paint that was not even close to the same color making it look even worse, ended up repowder coating the hole top cage and painting the bottom. All the cage connectors are only tack welded together so if you ever rolled it the cage would just snap off, so I had to wire wheel the paint off and weld up the connectors on the cage and the frame. The seats inside there bags were full of mice droppings and crystallized mice urin. Speedometer did not work from day one and can’t get them to send out another one. Emailed the company about all the issues and included tones of photos showing all the issues and all they said was sorry! No offer to refund some money for all the issues, no offer to make anything right. Now that we have had the go kart for a couple of months I have already had to replace the spark plug because it fell apart, the spark plug wire and coil went bad and had to replace, the non adjustable carburetors floats go stuck so it just dumps fuel out everywhere almost caused a fire with me and my kids in it. The double roller chain snapped in half about 3 days of using also. Don’t buy one of these, the products suck so bad, the customer service is awful! Save your self time, money and stress and just go buy an used dune buggy or cheap used side by side. I have put a ton of time and money to get this go kart up to we’re it should have been
