Love my scoot but it is a slug uphill. Speedometer goes to 50 but I’ve never been about to get it above 38. Wish it had a little more power.

I needed immediate customer service when we received the scooter and was told to email support. There should be a direct customer service line.

Crate was destroyed in shipping so we were worried about the condition of the scooter. Not a scratch. Assembly was easy and it runs well.

Pretty nice scooter, the pink is not overwhelming which is nice. Quality is very good. Cadillac of scooters. Only complaint would be it doesn't have an alarm hook up like most new scooters do and I'm not looking forward to splicing wires on a brand new moped. I would definitely recommend though if you can't afford a real Vespa.
