Great experience fast and easy getting the kart. Things that could be looked at is the seal on the fuel cap isn't thick enough was leaking fuel on the engine and the roll cage could be stronger it broke rather easy. Overall Great machine for the right price. Kids really enjoy it thanks

I ordered a gk110 gokart, and my order was processed quickly and shipped quickly. They're not so good at sending emails letting you know each step, and I almost cancelled my order, but it was at that point I found out the kart had already shipped. Actually they're pretty quick (just don't expect a lot of follow-up emails like with other online ordering companies). The kart arrived about week later, it was in a box from the manufacturer with the kart on a metal framework inside. Didn't take long to assemble. The familygokarts (Jeff's) videos on assembly were very helpful and made things go quickly. Took it for a test drive myself, ([m 66 yrs, 200 lbs). It carried me around with no problem. My son 9 yys has driven it several times, so far has started easily each time and no real issue I can see. The kart didn't include the hazard lights as it was supposed too, but this seems the fault of the manufacturer and not familygokarts given the everything arrived in a sealed box from the manufacturer. Don't know if they can get me a set or not, though it's not a big issue. All in all I was pleased with how smoothly things went with familygokarts and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Great buy, the only thing is that in some states there is additional fees- make sure you read small print in the bottom- as it is noted there. Overall the go-kart is awesome for the kids.

I received the go kart gk110 on Jan 18, I sent them a list of damages done during shipping along with one defect right from the factory on Jan 20th. It is now February 19th and I have yet to hear from them on what the fix is.

Go kart is overall awesome, but I didn't get original color I ordered after waiting almost 2 months to receive. Shipping crate came very damaged which caused lots of scratches and a ripped seat

Assemble wasn't bad but the carburetor is flooding and its not the same one on the YouTube as the ppl are assembling. Kind of disappointing when you spend $1257.00 and wait 4 weeks for the unit but that was due to covid-19. I would be nice for things to operate for at least a couple months correctly. It was not properly working from day 1. In the first hour of operating this problem occurred. I wouldn't recommend buying one of these units unless you are a mechanic. They do not send out the same unit as the one shown on family go kart YouTube channel. Things would go a lot smoother if every unit was the same as far as the engine goes. Im sure the unit could be fun if it runs properly.

So far I am pleased with Family Go Karts and the go kart. They gave me fast service and communicated well when placing order and ironing out the details over the phone. The order was correct and was delivered in about 2 weeks. The delivery driver was great and he placed the product in the exact spot that I requested. I have almost completed the assembly but have not been in a rush.

Overall was good, great looking and runs good. Better instructions were needed to put together luckily I am good with type of stuff. Delivery had scratches, missing some hardware for headlights that were hanging and not attached.

Price is awesome for what you get, but if you dont have a mechanic to help you put it together you're kinda screwed. No instructions come with the go kart. You have to watch the videos of an older model being built, very difficult but we got it done. I'm excited to give this to my son for Christmas!
