For the price of what you get, I can't complain. Pretty great deal. Great machine for kids to learn on. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a kids beginner atv. Being able to govern the speed way down is a great way the kids to putt around and learn the controls.

I chose it for my son. Perfect size for him to learn on and great for him to grow into and be able to ride as he grows. I like the parental governor and the remote kill switch feature.

Family Go Karts service was exceptional! I ordered online. I received my call back the very next day to confirm everything. I unfortunately, forgot the woman's name whom which I spoke with but, she was very helpful and explained everything. I just happened to order about 9-10 days before Christmas. They had my order to me in 5 days! Was very pleased.

Do not waste your time with one of these. Tires don’t hold air. Bolts won’t stay tight. Everything rattles. Their service department is horrible and the shipping company they use lost it for a week.

The first one was from a different company but same atv and it ran great , So I ordered same machine from Familygocart and drained factory oil out and put in the recommended 10 w 40 and the engine knocks and has no power. Don’t pay to return it because by the time I pay restocking fee and freight charge I’m out half of what I paid for it. You’re chancing what you’ll receive when you order on line.
