The machine is built well and I trust it will last our daughter for years. The company was quick to ship the four wheeler out and stayed in contact with us the entire time. The only negative I have to say is their web site said 989.99 and free shipping but they charged us 99.99 to ship it. I only live 6 hrs from their location and was tempted to just drive and get it.

Family go karts was good to work with. They emailed updates throughout our every process. The only negative was the website said free shipping but they charged us 99.99 for shipping
