The Apollo Focus was out of stock. Customer service called & asked if I would like to switch to the VT Rider 125 in Burgundy. I said sure. I am so glad I did, my daughter LOVES it! It runs perfect and is excellent for the beginning rider. I am extremely pleased with communication, price, shipping. I would definitely purchase from Familygocarts again! They have an A+ rating from me.

The carburetor on these things are junk. I had to tear it down and clean it before even using it. The follow up on the service from Family Go Karts is horrible at best. I submitted a request nearly a week ago without a response to date. We ordered 2 Focus’s for our 2 kids, when we got them they are 2 different setups. It appears on is from 2017 and the other is 2019, I would recommend buying from someone else at this point because I can’t even get a response back on our issues.

Horrrible, Jeff (Family Go Karts) recommended the Apollo Focus over others when ordering. Now I can't even get a response back to solve the issues that we have to allow my kids to enjoy them. The engines just rev up without touching them. Basically after doing more research by calling other dealers they are telling me the Apollo units are horrible and the carburetors are junk. Some even quit selling them completely. I feel like I was completely mislead by Jeff and even worse now that I can't get a response to fix the issues.
