This video is filmed on the fly in Chow Tze Chuen's school in the old location in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong in early 2000s. I would forgive the framing as the venue was VERY small. Most of the interview is in Cantonese. If you don't understand Canto, the majority for the interview is probably lost on you. The concept are important, as he's discussing the idea of distance the leading your opponent to the shoulder. It is a very unique perspective, and i am glad someone recording this with Sifu Chow. Very few interviews exist, as he was very low key Sifu. Mainly focusing on training and teaching. If you are of Chow's lineage you may find it useful. To be clear, this is NOT a step by step instructional video.

Bought these as a training pair and Im vey happy with the quality for the price. I train Ip Ching style so we do flip the swords and these flip really well.

Excellent quality, very happy with purchase. This wall bag was more expensive than others on the market, but like the old saying goes “You get what you pay for.” From the ruggedness of the canvas material to the dependable zippers and solid stitch work, I know this wall bag should last me for years of training to come. I also really like the feel of the Deflec striking surface.

Everything Wing Chun says it all. Your one stop shop for almost everything you need for your Wing Chun training. It is really nice to have every book, instructional video, Wooden dummy's, practice weapons, available all on one site. I also trust them since they have a well earned reputation to uphold in the Wing Chun community. I know when I buy equipment from Everything Wing Chun that I am getting a dependable quality item not some cheaply made knock off product from China that you find on other sites.

These swords are beautifully crafted. I purchase man weapons for training from various businesses and I was absolutely floored with the quality of these. The materials are well finished, the wooden handles are lustrous and flow with the shape of the guard and hilt. I really wish I could get broadswords and jian made this way. Most of the weapons I mentioned earlier are made cheaply and look/feel it. The swords feel fantastic in the hand, enough heft that you know where it is while wielding it, enough to provide a good workout for conditioning, but not so heavy you won't use them. I am new to using butterfly swords, so I can't provide an in-depth analysis, but I do feel like I got more than my money's worth.
