Really great for makiwara training - maintaining healthy and tough hands, wrists and knuckles.

This jow is effective but a little less concentrated than I'd hoped... It works well on small areas like hands and wrists but seems to be a bit mild for shoulders. I would try the 5 year next time for strength, but this is a well made product.
