somehow my order got lost and never made it out to homes. Nobody at Every door direct mail had noticed. So I contacted them and they said they will reprint and send it again but they are unsure what happened.

the order process, design and overall experience with Taradel was positive. I have not seen any results of the campaign yet as it was mailed this week to judge the effectiveness of the direct mailing.
the USPS online must be updated to give better information. I was never contacted by a USPS specialist in direct mailing as I expected. the information in the program mailer should be online rather than mailed. It would save time and money for all. 7 to 10 days to get generic information is not necessary.
