About to pool loungers that cracked within six weeks of having them and I've tried to do a return and they would not help. They offered me a replacement, but it has been 4 months, and I still have not got a replacement because they say that they are out of stock but online it says that they are in stock and available for purchase. Unless this issue is resolved ASAP, I will never make another purchase from this company. I will also make sure that everyone knows about my experience with the company and discourage them from making the same mistake that I have.

Second, twice I was given delivery dates
And then, nobody showed up
Third , and most important, the table came unassembled. If I had known that, I would not have bought it , especially at that price.

AVOID BUYING HERE. I ordered a table and it was back ordered. So I gave up and ordered a new one. The store never notified me that the product came back in stock and just shipped it to me. In the meantime, I had ordered the table somewhere else. I do not need two tables. They will not refund me or offer store credit. I have been emailing back and forth with Customer service who will only offer me $100. I know they have it in their ability to offer more but they refuse. It is just frustrating as this whole debacle was their fault and they are penalizing the customer. I will absolutely never shop here again and otherwise I would have. The company should really look into their customer service.
