1) No responses to my email. 2) I could not get an actual person by phone for product questions (not consulting questions, as I hired a consultant for $450.00 who supports your company to know what to buy). 3) There is no return policy statement on your website. 4) Although not outrageous, your shipping cost does not become more lenient as I spend more. Your colleague / competitor in the field reduces shipping fees as the purchase increases. I paid less shipping from another company for a box of 6 filters and one meter, then for this purchase with less weight. I do understand the meter I bought from you may weigh quite a bit. But, the cables are quite small. In any case, you come well-recommended, but It seems nigh impossible to get contact from a person and this gives off a large corporate feel.

Check out process was extremely difficult. Took me two day to get it to go through even after checking information and refreshing page. I have placed other orders at the same time from other companies without issue. Hoping the product stands out again this not so great service so far.

I thought it would come with instructions on how to do what I bought it for (which is a bit different from what your average electrician is going to use it for), but it doesn't. I don't think I should have to pay an additional fee for ElectraHealth to tell me how to use the continuity tester to find out whether my laptop or computer has a grounding loop (it's not self-evident how to do it). But apparently, I will have to, that is, if I'm not able to find a webpage or video that shows me (so far, I haven't, but I'm not done looking).

After trying repeatedly to get an Return Authorization, I finally figured out their responses were going to spam. I'm really impressed by the diligence of the customer service dept-especially Shaun Kranish-who went above and beyond in solving the problem. Highly recommend their site.
